Returns and Refunds
We do not offer refunds on purchases. Once an order is placed, you are responsible for the purchase. Once a package has been shipped and scanned into the USPS system, we are no longer liable for it. Please contact USPS directly if you believe your package is missing or delayed.
Refunds are only considered in the following limited cases:
- To accommodate combined shipping on international orders, or
- If you are dissatisfied with the item’s grade upon arrival and request a **grade difference refund** (approximately $2–$5 depending on the design).
We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances.
